  • Our Story: How Did We Start
    Lacey, the creator of Seaux Southern Smocked, ran a successful Women's Online Boutique business during 2015-2017, but decided to expand by offering Children's Clothing at affordable prices, once she found out she was pregnant with her son Wyatt in 2017. We are happy to offer the most adorable smocked, applique, and printed children's clothing, as well as shoes, jewelry, and occasionally other items. You will find that most designs are centralized around Southern or Louisiana themes, as that's where home is - Livingston, LA. If you have any design ideas, please let us know. We are always looking for new and creative designs!
  • How much is Shipping?
    Shipping for all orders is $2.00! That's right - $2.00 per order. Shipping has been built into all of our costs, but with shipping prices steadily increasing, we have to account for this and don't want to keep raising our prices. So, to battle this, you will see a $2 charge for shipping on your invoice once you receive it. Shipping method will be based upon weight. Anything over 15.9 ounces will ship USPS Priority Mail, while 15.9 ounces and under will ship USPS First Class Mail. **If you want to upgrade your shipping, you will be responsible for that cost.
  • I have a Brand Rep Discount Code
    If you have a Brand Rep / Discount Code, make sure to include the code on the checkout screen of your order. This is the only way to apply any discounts to your order. A Discount Code is not able to be applied by you once you receive your invoice. We will have to edit it and resend the invoice, which may cause a delay in the ordering process.
  • What is Sezzle and How Do I Use It?
    Seaux Southern Smocked is happy to offer "Sezzle" as a payment method. What is Sezzle? Sezzle is a payment solution that empowers you to “Buy Now and Pay Later” with simple, interest-free installment plans. The total cost is broken down into smaller payments, spread over at least six weeks. As little as 25% is due at the time of the purchase, with the remaining amount spread out over equal installments (typically three), each two weeks apart. No interest or processing fees are charged to you - as long as you pay everything off on time, you only pay for what you ordered! What will happen: Once the order closes and meets production, you will receive an invoice from our Shopify store via email. When you have reviewed your order for accuracy, and are ready to check out, select Sezzle as a payment method. Returning customers will log in, and new customers will need to create an account and provide a payment method. After you have been approved, you will complete checkout using your Sezzle account. Sezzle will notify you what sort of payment plan you’re approved for, including how much is due upfront and when the next payments will be due.
  • I didn't find the size I wanted
    Pre-Order Items: Most pre-order items will come in a variety of sizes, but you may not find the size that you are looking for. Please contact us, and we may be able to offer you a Custom Purchase option where you can get the size desired. In-Stock Items: Unfortunately, there will only be a certain amount of sizes and designs available on our online in-stock items. These are items that we have on-hand and readily available to ship. If you found something you like, and we didn't have your size, please email us with the item name and the size desired. If we have enough interest, or if the season comes back around, we may be ordering more in the future. However, we can still respond back to you with any available options that we may have.
  • Return Policy
    We allow 3 days once you receive your order to contact us via email at seauxsouthernsmocked@gmail.com for any manufacturer errors/faults to your order so that we can resolve this for you - whether it be a refund or replacement (if extras are available). Please make sure you check everything once you receive the item. ***YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER*** We will not refund or refund for a size/design that you order if it does not fit, or you no longer like it once it is shipped to you. You are welcome to purchase a different size if there are extras available. ***CUSTOM ITEMS*** Any items that are Custom created OR have a NAME or MONOGRAM are not eligible for a refund. These are items that are created specifically for you, and will not be accepted as a return for refund (exceptions for Manufacturer errors are at the discretion of Seaux Southern Smocked).
  • Refund Policy
    ETA stands for "Estimated Time of Arrival". We will not refund for items that are slightly over the estimated arrival date. The only time that a refund will be considered for something that is over an ETA is if the item is a Holiday-specific item (i.e. Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.). There will not be refunds given for everyday wear that goes over an ETA. We allow 3 days once you receive your order to contact us via email at seauxsouthernsmocked@gmail.com for any manufacturer errors/faults to your order so that we can resolve this for you - whether it be a refund or replacement (if extras are available).
